This fence is over 100 years old. It is in the front of the prestigious Sycamore neighborhood in Grosse Pointe. This fence is the original fence from the Sycamore family mansion. The mansion was torn down decades ago to build the sub division but they left the fence intact. Here is what the board of directors of the Sycamore home owners association had to say about the project. “Dear Matt, We wanted to express our sincere appreciation and gratitude for the hard work, dedication, and tenacity to the project. You could have taken short cuts or backed out of the job when it got tough but you were a man of honor. The fence turned out beautiful & we couldn’t be more pleased. Thanks for everything.”
